We are in search of a talented and driven Process and Automation Engineer. The ideal candidate will be tasked with the design, implementation, and optimization of automated systems and processes aimed at boosting efficiency, quality, and productivity across the organization. This position demands a unique combination of engineering knowledge, business analysis skills, process mapping expertise, and a solid grasp of automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Design and Optimization: Evaluate existing processes and collaborate with process stakeholders to pinpoint improvement opportunities. Create and implement refined process designs to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Automation Development: Design, code, and validate automation solutions. Integrate diverse automation technologies to establish smooth and effective workflows. Maintain comprehensive software documentation.
  • Business Analysis: Oversee automation initiatives for engineering delivery processes from initial feasibility assessments to final execution. Gather requirements by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Assess and analyze automation systems for performance, addressing and resolving issues as they arise. Initiate continuous improvement strategies to enhance reliability and efficiency. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in automation technologies.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in process design, automation systems, and business analysis.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and integration coding, including Python, SQL, Java, and Selenium.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Project management experience.
  • Knowledge of data operations.
  • Familiarity with Mulesoft, Databricks, and Alteryx.
