Position Overview: Join a dynamic team as a Maintenance Administrator within a leading manufacturing organization. This role is pivotal in supporting the Engineering Maintenance department by providing essential administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize maintenance management software to streamline operations.
  • Monitor and coordinate daily maintenance schedules to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage inventory levels for departmental supplies and equipment.
  • Process maintenance requests and jobs effectively.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required by the engineering maintenance manager.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday from 7 AM to 4 PM, and Friday from 7 AM to 1 PM.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in IT, particularly with Microsoft applications.
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work.
