Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough fire risk assessments and general risk assessments in residential and commercial buildings
- Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with current UK regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the highest level of expertise
- Contribute to the growth and development of our team through knowledge sharing and mentoring
- Minimum 5 years' experience in risk assessment and fire safety within the built environment
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Strong knowledge of Approved Document B and BS 9999/9997
- NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety or equivalent
- Recognized fire safety memberships or willingness to obtain
- Competitive salary between £55,000 and £65,000 per annum
