An exceptional opportunity has emerged for dedicated and experienced Orthodontic Care Specialists to become integral members of the Dental Team on a part-time basis under a fixed-term contract.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in the clinical management of patients undergoing orthodontic treatment, collaborating with a diverse team of professionals to enhance the quality of patient care.
The role involves active participation in a multi-disciplinary dental team, with responsibilities that include providing clinical education and training to team members and students. Additionally, the post holder will engage in research initiatives as appropriate within the overarching framework of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver orthodontic services by implementing care plans and executing non-complex orthodontic procedures.
- Contribute specialized knowledge to the clinical management of patients requiring orthodontic treatment, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals to elevate patient care standards.
- Engage in teaching, mentoring, and evaluating students, trainees, and professional staff, thereby fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Facilitate and participate in audit and quality assurance programs, promoting evidence-based practices.
- Conduct research and audits focused on the delivery of patient care.

Experience:

- Proven track record in developing, conducting, and evaluating training programs for individuals and groups.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in caring for patients with complex medical needs.
