The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our growing team. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in helping us recruit more tutors, expand into new local authorities and schools, and increase our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support the recruitment of new tutors and the expansion into new markets.
  • Create engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audiences, including tutors, schools, local authorities, and parents.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyze performance to measure and learn the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the education sector or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
