Job Role: Automation Testing Engineer (Python & Robot Framework)
Experience: 6 to 8 Years
Work Mode: Hybrid
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Chennai

Job Overview:

Core Competency: Python Automation Testing utilizing Robot Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute automation scripts using Robot/Python Framework.
  • Engage in Agile ceremonies including planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Draft software design specifications and feature test specifications, ensuring regular updates and reviews.
  • Implement and validate software code for features, adhering to the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Create Subsystem/Unit Test cases to address diverse scenarios.
  • Develop Automated Feature Test Cases.
  • Construct Standalone Testing Scripts.
  • Resolve feature-related issues reported during the release cycle.

Additional Activities:

  • Troubleshoot and fix bugs.
  • Maintain thorough documentation.
  • Familiarize with Robot/Python framework.
  • Automate product test solutions involving device management tools and networking devices.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electronics.
  • Experience in automation using Robot/Python framework and general knowledge of NMS tools.
