Cedar Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Tax Team, you will be responsible for providing expert tax services to a diverse client portfolio across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze tax provisions, accounting schedules, and final tax computations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare advisory work on a range of business tax issues, including international expansion, share schemes, and group restructuring.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their tax needs are met.
  • Manage client work-in-progress (WIP) and billing, ensuring commercial recoveries and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Potentially manage direct reports, including conducting performance appraisals and providing guidance and support.
  • Participate in special projects, such as due diligence, tender proposals, and tax marketing initiatives.
People Management

You will play a key role in managing and developing the team, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and contribute to the growth and success of the department.
