At Adobe, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way we interact with digital experiences. We're seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and help us harness the power of Generative AI and Machine Learning to drive innovation and excellence in our applications.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in Machine Learning and AI to partner with our development teams across the company. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and building applications powered by Generative AI, that allow us to mine insights from datasets and improve the overall engineering culture across the company.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with development teams to gather and analyze datasets
  • Design and develop applications that leverage Generative AI to drive insights and improvements
  • Engage in the product lifecycle, from design to deployment and production operations
  • Provide technical leadership in architectural design, technology choices, and holistic evaluation of ML models

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A PhD or MS degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of applied research experience in software industry/academic research with experience in developing, evaluating, and deploying ML models
  • Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, or analytics concepts, and a track record of solving problems with these methods
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Scala, Java, SQL
  • Familiarity with cloud development on Azure/AWS
  • Fluency in one or more deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Experience with LLMs and emerging areas of prompt-engineering
  • Recognized as a technical leader in related domains
  • Experience working with both research and product teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytic skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
