Night Shift Driver

Job Title: Multi-Drop Van Driver - NIGHT SHIFT

Job Type: 12-week temp-to-perm arrangement

Shift Details:

Shifts: 5 nights out of 7, starting between 12am and 2am, including weekends

HOURS: 2AM TO 10AM +/-

Salary:

£12.82ph inc hol rate - £27,612 pa when permanent + annual leave and SSP

Responsibilities:
  1. Load, transport, and deliver products efficiently within tight time frames
  2. Interact with customers in a professional manner
  3. Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
  2. Experience with food deliveries and multi-drop
  3. Full driving license with no more than 6 endorsements
  4. Flexibility to work early mornings and late nights
  5. Excellent organizational and communication skills
  6. Familiarity with driving 3.5 tonne vehicles (preferred)
  7. Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
Additional Information:

Must commit to 12 weeks temp-to-perm arrangement

Driver will receive 2-3 shifts with an experienced driver to learn routes

Number of drops per route ranges from 5 to 25

All vehicles are tracked; any private use will result in instant dismissal

Completion of vehicle checklist required at the start and end of each day
