Job Title: Hardware Product Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Hardware Product Sales Specialist to join our Trading team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling a defined product set to a variety of brokers and channel customers to generate margin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to identify and meet their needs.
  • Utilizing various resources to obtain new business and grow existing relationships.
  • Logging activity into our CRM system.
  • Providing excellent customer service and being highly responsive to customer requests.
  • Collaborating with other teams, including logistics, warehousing, finance, engineering, and HR.
  • Preparing and submitting weekly reports.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in sales, preferably in a broker or trader sales position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
