Key Responsibilities:
* Manage payroll reporting, checking, and processing
* Sign off agency worker timesheets and self-employed workers through StoneBridge
* Process payroll weekly
* Upload invoices to the system
* Administer and rename files to relevant projects and suppliers
* Upload invoices to Xero, line by line, and process payments
* Approve expenses using the Breathe HR system weekly
* Perform reconciliations and process payments after approval
* Update Health & Safety accreditations annually
* Liaise with on-site H&S managers and manage documentation
* Upload information and data, complete questionnaires, and upload evidence
Requirements:
* Experience in payroll and administrative tasks
* Ability to work from the office 5 days per week
* Fast-paced, dynamic, and ability to work at speed with quality
* Strong Excel skills
* Detail-oriented and able to ensure accurate audits by governing bodies
* Driven, hardworking, and dedicated to work
