About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Roofer to join our Property Team in North Hampshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing roofing repairs and maintenance packages to our homes and other properties as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete roofing repairs and maintenance packages to Sovereign's homes and elsewhere as per requirements
- Be fully competent in all aspects of roofing, including pitched and flat roofing systems, lead valleys, flashings, box gutters, and full roof covering renewal
Requirements
- Minimum of NVQ level 2 in Roofing or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years trade experience
- Experience of working in occupied premises and ability to demonstrate good customer service skills
- Ability to use mobile technology such as iPad or PDA
- Strong health and safety mindset with knowledge of health & safety best practices
- Ability to work as part of a team
