About the Role

The National Trust is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer feedback

Requirements

  • No experience is necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays
