Job Responsibilities

As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the food preparation process, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared to our standards.
  • Maintaining kitchen and food safety standards, adhering to our rigorous health and safety protocols.
  • Helping with deliveries and restocking, ensuring our kitchens are always well-stocked and prepared for service.
  • Understanding and implementing basic food hygiene practices, ensuring our food is safe and of the highest quality.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team, communicating effectively to ensure seamless service.
  • Adapting to changing menus and culinary trends, staying up-to-date with the latest food preparation techniques.
