Trainee Residential Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Residential Surveyor. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in residential valuation and property risk services, working alongside our experienced team of RICS-registered surveyors.

About the Role

As a Trainee Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting our surveyors in the field, gaining hands-on experience and developing your skills in residential valuation and property risk services. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality services to our clients, and will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of property types and scenarios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surveyors in the field, gaining hands-on experience and developing skills in residential valuation and property risk services
  • Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Develop knowledge and skills in residential valuation and property risk services
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and relationships
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation
  • Strong base knowledge of Residential Building Pathology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative, and a proactive approach
