Commercial Finance Sales Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Sales Analyst to join our team at Woods Foodservice Limited. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for growth and providing commercial insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Partnering: Collaborate with the commercial team to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare, consolidate, and analyze daily and weekly trackers and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations for growth.
- Costing & Pricing: Partner with procurement to provide data for price forecasting, update pricing information, and contribute to costing analysis.
- Forecasting: Create financial models and forecasting for budgets, presenting potential opportunities for cost savings, profit, and growth.
- Commercial Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc projects and contribute to business planning.
- Business/management, supply chain, finance experience.
- Food industry/fmcg experience.
- Understanding and working with operational finance, financial forecasting, and sales data analysis.
- Commercial mindset and ability to provide evidence of commercial analysis.
- Curious, data-driven, and able to look for insights and opportunities.
- Good at building relationships and dealing with people at all levels.
- Advanced excel skills and working with spreadsheets.
- Power BI/Dashboard tools - creating and leveraging would be an asset.
