Job Summary

We're seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team at The Entertainer. As a Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including toys, games, and other products sold in-store.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store, including achieving sales targets and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
