Role Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Real Estate Paralegal to support our dynamic Real Estate team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating real estate transactions by:
  • Conducting thorough searches and calculations for Stamp Duty Land Tax.
  • Managing post-completion activities and ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
  • Demonstrating a strong commercial acumen while attending client meetings to foster excellent relationships.
  • Applying a keen understanding of billing practices and time recording.

Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
  • A completed law degree or equivalent legal qualification, along with prior experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
  • Relevant legal or non-legal experience in the real estate sector.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
