Financial Controller

**About the Role**

SF Recruitment is partnering with a leading business in Leicester to find a Financial Controller to lead their finance team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
* Monitor and analyse financial data and prepare financial reports
* Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
* Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
* Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost reduction opportunities
* Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
* Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders

**Requirements**

* Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA)
* Experience of a similar role within an SME Business
* Strong Financial Analysis & Reporting

**What We Offer**

A competitive salary of £65,000 - £70,000 and a chance to work with a dynamic business in Leicester.
