About the Company:
- A dynamic agency located in London, specializing in managing the personal brands of F1 drivers.
- Engages in various areas including branding, marketing, social media management, merchandise, digital initiatives, and content development.
- Operates in a small, agile start-up atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling content and foster a loyal fanbase for a leading F1 athlete.
- Oversee all aspects of the athlete's social media, from strategic planning to content creation and distribution.
- Ensure the athlete's online persona remains consistent, authentic, and engaging across all platforms.
- Focus on audience engagement, executing promotional activities related to partnerships and merchandise.
- Lead strategy and implementation, with some hands-on editing, supported by a Social Media Executive for content production.
- Craft a positive narrative for the athlete, identifying opportunities to enhance and distinguish their brand within the F1 community.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in a comparable social media role within an agency or team environment.
- Self-driven and proactive.
- Strong commercial awareness and familiarity with current social media trends, including how athletes and influencers maintain relevance.
- Proven experience managing high-profile social media accounts with over 100,000 followers is essential.
- Background in motorsport or experience with elite athletes is crucial.
- Comprehensive understanding of best practices and emerging trends across major social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, TikTok, Facebook).
- Proficient in both long-form and short-form content creation.
- Willingness to work a minimum of 20 weekends throughout the F1 season is required.
