Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our team at our Stevenage Great Ashby location. As a keyworker, you will play a vital role in ensuring every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
  • Ensure we encourage and praise children's development and achievements.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
