About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Associate Director to join our Building Services team at Eden Brown Built Environment. As a senior leader, you will play a central role in driving project delivery and business development, working closely with the executive team to influence strategic decisions and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large multidisciplinary teams on complex, large-scale projects
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to meet technical and commercial objectives
  • Mentor and develop future engineering leaders within the organization
  • Manage client relationships and ensure project delivery meets expectations
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years experience in a building services consultancy, including a proven track record in managing large teams. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required, along with proficiency in Revit MEP and familiarity with Hevacomp. You should bring comprehensive expertise in U-value, heat loss, and heat gain calculations, as well as advanced knowledge in pipe sizing for systems such as LTHW, CHW, HWS, and CWS.
