Omega Resource Group presents a remarkable opportunity with our esteemed client for a Parts Manager role. This position is part of a significant investment aimed at enhancing service quality and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee team performance and management
- Conduct training sessions (both manufacturer and in-house)
- Process sales orders from customers in person and via phone
- Manage inventory for vehicle parts and accessories
- Ensure an organized stockroom
- Generate invoices for sold parts
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain optimal stock levels
- Engage with brand partners to uphold standards, including accessory guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and manage the reordering process for essential items
- Track and report on departmental KPIs, aiming to exceed targets
- Forecast sales and manage budgeting
- Identify and capitalize on additional sales opportunities
Qualifications:
- Experience in parts management or related fields
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Proven management skills
