Job Description

Concept Group (Wigan) Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Project Support Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the administration of the department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation, ensuring it is readily available for new projects.
  • Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality O&M files, ensuring they are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Book accommodation for site operatives, ensuring all arrangements are made in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform various administrative duties as required, supporting the team in achieving their goals.
Person Specification:
  • Excellent administration and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • A positive attitude and driven behavior, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure, with a calm and composed demeanor in challenging situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues at all levels.
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills, with a proactive approach to professional development.
