Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment and systems are functioning properly.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of roofs, gutters, and other building components to identify potential issues.
  • Perform repairs and replacements as needed, using a range of tools and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including job sheets and mileage logs.
  • Collaborate with the team leader to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Operate MEWP (Mobile Elevating Work Platform) equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
  • Valid IPAF certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification (desirable)
  • Clean driving license
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
  • Experience working on roofs, gutters, and other building components
