Job Description

Leonardo UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Trade Compliance Administrator to join our team in Edinburgh. As a Trade Compliance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our import and export activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with business units to ensure accurate and timely clearance instructions are issued to agents and import brokers.
  • Provide guidance to freight agents and brokers on business requirements.
  • Verify customs entries and address any discrepancies in collaboration with the Trade Compliance lead.
  • Notify business units of import clearance conditions.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support the site Import/Export Control team with general administration tasks, including preparing data packs for internal and external audits.
  • Assist with processing and reconciling Freight Forwarder invoices.
