We are seeking an experienced and skilled Smart Repairer/Painter to join our team at Acorn by Synergie in Plymouth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing and painting vehicles to a high standard, using state-of-the-art equipment and manufacturer-approved techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of vehicles for painting, including surface preparation and priming
  • Application of paint using a high-volume low-pressure (HVLP) system
  • Mixing paints using a paint mixing facility, with a strong understanding of the chemical process
  • Working as part of a team to achieve high-quality results

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in smart repair and painting
  • Strong understanding of paint mixing and application techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm
