We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic mental health nurse to join our Community Mental Health Team as a Clinical Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive services to individuals with severe and enduring mental health needs.
Main DutiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, delivering, and evaluating care for service users. They will also be expected to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, influence and drive change, and promote health and best practice.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong sense of initiative, excellent teamwork ability, and effective communication skills. You will also need to be able to demonstrate knowledge of high-level interventions and community assessment skills. Existing qualifications or a willingness to undertake training relevant to the post are expected.
