We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Trainer to join our team at BMS Performance, a privately owned and innovative company dedicated to providing high-quality pressure area care and moving & handling equipment to hospitals and healthcare facilities.

About the Role:

  • As a Clinical Trainer, you will play a key role in providing training and support to our customers within hospitals, including a key account, and working closely with our sales team to upsell and cross-sell our products.
  • You will have the opportunity to work with a range of pressure area care and moving & handling equipment, including bariatric and specialist areas, and provide valuable support and education to our customer base in Merseyside, Cheshire, and Staffordshire.
  • We are looking for a consultative and motivated individual who is eager to learn and has a strong clinical background, ideally with experience in training and education.
  • You will be supported and mentored by a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about helping patients and the NHS.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £37,000 to £38,000 basic, with a bonus of £2,000 to £8,000.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including a pension, 25 days holiday + stats, birthday treat, rewards, and discount package.
  • An electric company car or allowance.

Requirements:

  • A current nursing registration.
  • A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
