About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at a prominent hospitality venue in Yorkshire. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the front-of-house team, ensuring efficient operation and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the owner and deputy manager to organize and manage the front-of-house team.
  • Oversee food and drink orders, the restaurant and bar areas, ensuring guests receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities among team members to ensure efficient and effective performance.
  • Engage in on-site training programs to develop skills and knowledge in hospitality management.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by promptly and effectively addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to coordinate efforts and achieve common goals.
