Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team at Recruitment Helpline Ltd. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance team, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Inputting bills onto our accounting software Eque2 and posting to SAGE accounts
  • Customer Invoicing
  • Directors Expenses
  • Directors Mileage Claims
  • Assisting with Bank Reconciliation, ensuring all transactions are on the system
  • Employee one off Expenses
  • Employee Barclaycard Credit Card Receipts
  • Customer Payments
  • Creating Contract Numbers, Updating Customer Files & Relevant Excel Sheets
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Assist with year-end stock control

Requirements:

  • Sage accounting software (or equivalent)
  • AAT Level 2 or equivalent experience
  • General accountancy
  • Good communication skills including excellent telephone manner
  • Confidence in speaking to customers/suppliers
  • Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
