Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Facilities Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a Regional Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the management of services and processes that support our property management strategy, as well as the day-to-day handling of the maintenance and upkeep of our existing portfolio of properties, both commercial and residential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with regional contractors/internal maintenance team for both planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks from the initial tendering process and contracting, to ongoing performance management and benchmarking.
- Monitor and ensure regional compliance with statutory safety regulations.
- Conduct regular, thorough property inspections to monitor the condition and upkeep of our existing portfolio.
- Control regional maintenance costs and budget planning relating to your allocated portfolio of properties.
- Manage a small team in terms of holiday, sickness, performance and payroll as well as oversee wider departments in coordination with the management team.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Previous project management or property management experience.
- A professional and refined negotiator with sound commercial acumen and judgment.
- An excellent communicator who can communicate confidently with people at all levels of the business.
- PC literate with strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Monday-Friday only 9am-5pm.
