Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Bloor Homes. As a key member of the site management team, you will be responsible for supervising all employed and sub-contract labour on site, ensuring an efficient method of build, and maintaining high quality of product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all employed and sub-contract labour on site.
  • Assist the Site Manager in ensuring an efficient method of build and maintaining high quality of product.
  • Schedule work to be carried out to ensure production targets are achieved.
  • Ensure working methods are performed correctly and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with pre-completion inspections of properties with purchasers.
  • Ensure all reasonable requests from the sales team in connection with the preparation and maintenance of show homes are accommodated in a timely manner.
  • Assist the Customer Care Team by ensuring maintenance works are completed in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Attend meetings as necessary to perform duties.
  • Comply with and uphold company policies and procedures.
  • Undertake any additional tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time.
  • Ensure all health and safety aspects of Covid-19 are adhered to.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

  • Experience of a new build construction site.
  • SMSTS and First Aid certification.
  • Knowledge of site health and safety.
  • Ability to read and interpret designs and drawings.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a desire to succeed.
