Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the check-in and check-out processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Managing guest reservations for dining and special events.
  • Providing recommendations for local attractions, entertainment, and dining options, and facilitating bookings.
  • Leading and developing a small, dedicated team.
  • Upholding the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Engaging actively in all operational areas—this role requires a hands-on approach.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Experience as an Assistant General Manager, Duty Manager, or Hotel General Manager.
  • A charismatic individual with a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Background in managing operations within a small luxury hotel environment (4 or 5 stars).
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a small team.
  • Hands-on approach to all aspects of hotel management.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude.
