We are currently seeking a Maintenance Scheduler to join a leading global manufacturing organization based in Oxfordshire on a permanent basis.
In this position, you will be tasked with the development, management, and enhancement of the preventative maintenance program for the facility.
Moreover, you will ensure that the maintenance operations are effective and dependable, minimizing disruptions to production.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage the preventative maintenance schedule.
2. Enhance maintenance processes for efficiency and reliability.
3. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.
Position Requirements:
- Engineering Apprenticeship and/or preferably NVQ Level 3 or above (e.g., HNC or HND)
- Proven experience in planning and overseeing maintenance activities and projects.
- Proficient in utilizing SAP.
