Job Title: Operations Director - Workplace Services

Bellrock Group is seeking an innovative Operations Director to drive our mission forward. With a reputation for delivering tailored solutions that streamline operations and enhance performance, we're looking for a visionary to lead our team to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the performance and management of the assigned commercial portfolio of clients, driving sustainable growth, statutory compliance, operational performance, governance, employee management, and client retention.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the Workplace Services Commercial Managing Director, other Head of Operations Sector Heads, and Group Sales to achieve company targets, develop talent, and present a seamless approach to clients.
  • Ensure the delivery of a professional and exceptional service to clients in all ventures.

Requirements:

  • Strong strategic thinking abilities, with the ability to translate broad strategies into specific objectives and action plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder/client management skills, with the ability to quickly demonstrate an understanding of Bellrock's business and clients' business and market dynamics.
  • Ability to lead and develop high-level customer relationships, with a focus on understanding client requirements and demands.
  • Full accountability for the overall performance of the identified accounts, ensuring all contract KPIs/SLAs are met and service payment deductions are fully mitigated.

Working Arrangements:

We embrace smarter working practices, offering employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the Leicester or London office (two days a week with the team and the rest of the week can be worked from home) or Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with an hour for lunch break. National travel will also be involved in this role.
