Job Title: Clinical Lead Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Willing Care. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a dedicated nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead with expertise: Provide strong clinical leadership to nursing teams, ensuring best practices in the care of adults with learning disabilities.
  • Oversee person-centred care: Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans tailored to the unique needs of individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Comprehensive patient assessments: Conduct thorough assessments, create individualised care plans, and closely monitor progress, particularly for patients with complex needs.
  • Collaborate effectively: Work alongside multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a holistic and inclusive care environment.
  • Ensure compliance: Uphold high standards of care in line with healthcare regulations and best practice guidelines, ensuring that the needs of adults with learning disabilities are met.
  • Patient advocacy: Act as a champion for patients with learning disabilities, ensuring their voices are heard and their care needs are met.
  • Drive quality improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery.
