Insurance Account Handler

We are seeking a skilled Account Handler to join our team at Howden Insurance Brokers Ltd. As an Account Handler, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our SME clients, ensuring their insurance requirements are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in achieving client retention targets by delivering outstanding service.
- Liaise with Account Executives to develop effective renewal strategies and attend client meetings as necessary.
- Issue renewal documentation in line with contract certainty and process adjustments in accordance with procedures.
- Handle client queries in a professional manner and process them effectively in line with service standards.
- Working knowledge of General Insurance and the CII's Code of Ethics and GDPR.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience dealing with SME or commercial clients.
- Good technical insurance skills, to be assessed by regular in-house testing.
