Job Title: Head of Information Technology

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our IT team at Experis UK. As the Head of Information Technology, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies to support business growth and transformation
• Manage and maintain our Microsoft stack, including Cisco switches and ERP systems
• Provide excellent customer service to senior business stakeholders
• Lead a small focused team to deliver across the IT landscape
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT management, preferably in a manufacturing sector
• Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Dynamics and Cisco switches
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 3 days a week in the office
