This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive compensation package:
Salary: £25,200 per annum + potential bonuses of up to £3,600/year (+ additional bonus opportunities) + Company Vehicle
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

About REL Field Marketing:
Our teams are thriving, and we are on the lookout for enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a passion for sales to join our Convenience Field Sales Team.

Your Responsibilities:
As a Sales Executive, you will be the driving force behind our distribution efforts, building strong relationships and taking ownership of your designated area. Your key tasks will include:
  • Expanding your network by prospecting and developing a robust call file of stores.
  • Creating impactful displays to ensure our brands stand out in independent and convenience shops.
  • Closing deals effectively, ensuring our products are in high demand and facilitating new product launches.
  • Collaborating directly with brand management to achieve outstanding results.

Incentives:
We offer a monthly bonus structure with numerous opportunities for additional earnings. You will receive all necessary tools and support to excel in your role, and we celebrate achievements with various incentives throughout the year.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who possess:
  • A full manual driving license held for at least 12 months.
  • Previous experience in sales.
  • Experience in convenience or van-sales roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong desire to succeed and deliver exceptional results.
  • The ability to take ownership of your territory effectively.
