Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Recruitment Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in guiding students through the university admissions process, providing personalized guidance, and building strong relationships with students, universities, and local communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stay up-to-date on UK university programs, entry criteria, and industry trends to offer accurate advice to students.
  • Provide personalized guidance to students on university options, courses, and admission requirements, ensuring a seamless admissions process.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current students, establishing strong relationships and trust.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the conversion rate of prospective students to successful enrolments, driving business growth and success.
  • Engage with local communities, schools, and educational institutions to build a strong network and promote UAPP's services.
  • Represent UAPP at relevant events and activities, enhancing the company's presence and reputation.
Requirements
  • Settled/Pre-settled Status in the UK or British Citizenship.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in education consulting and student recruitment, with a strong understanding of the UK university landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
