Position Overview:
I am collaborating with a prominent civil engineering firm.

Our client is seeking to recruit a senior project manager to oversee a significant infrastructure initiative.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic planning and scheduling of project activities.
  • Coordinating preliminary site evaluations and measurements.

Utilizing various equipment such as sweepers, tankers, and water bowsers.


  • Management of contractual obligations.
  • Overseeing workforce operations, ensuring that procedures and management protocols are effectively communicated and followed.
  • Tracking daily site performance metrics.
  • Client relationship management.
  • Evaluating project outcomes - both in terms of financials and operational efficiency to derive insights for future projects.
  • Facilitating the prompt identification and reporting of contract discrepancies.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Possession of a Black CSCS card.
  • SMSTS certification.
  • Demonstrated experience in civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
  • Valid UK driving license.
