We are seeking a skilled Construction Lawyer to join our team at Origin Legal Ltd. As a Construction Lawyer, you will play a key role in advising our clients on construction documentation, including contracts, sub-contracts, collateral warranties, professional appointments, and bonds.
Our clients include developers, consultants, main contractors, and specialist subcontractors, with a focus on commercial buildings and blocks of apartments. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of standard forms, such as JCT and NEC, as well as bespoke documentation.
As a Construction Lawyer, you will be responsible for advising on disputes and other development work, depending on your background and experience. You will also have the opportunity to work with a good range of core clients who regularly give us repeat work.
