Salary: £47,000-£57,000 per annum

PQE Level: NQ-4 PQE

Working Hours: Full-time

A well-established and respected Legal 500 firm is seeking a driven and ambitious Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Reading office. As part of a sizeable team, you will handle your own caseload of matters including acquisitions and disposals, site acquisitions, lease agreements, and joint venture agreements.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent business acumen and a confident, commercial approach to providing legal advice. With promising prospects of progression, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals
  • Advising on site acquisitions, lease agreements, and joint venture agreements
  • Providing commercial and confident legal advice to clients
  • Working collaboratively as part of a sizeable team
