Cover Supervisor Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Cover Supervisor to join our team at GSL Education. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our schools by providing support to students and teachers in the absence of regular teachers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise classes and ensure a calm and focused environment for students.
- Follow lesson plans and deliver pre-set work to students.
- Manage student behavior and maintain a safe and positive environment.
- Provide support to students who require extra help during lessons.
- Report any issues or concerns to senior staff members.
- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to different subjects and age groups.
- A genuine interest in supporting student learning and well-being.
- Enhanced DBS registration and an updated CV.
