About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Pensions Calculations Specialist to join our team at Sammons Recruitment Group. As a GMPe Expert, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Actuarial and Pension calculations projects for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract data from Pension Administration Systems, transform data, and load data into modelling tools.
- Analyse data from various sources, such as trust deeds & rules, benefit specifications, valuations reports, admin platforms, etc. Identify and fill data gaps, communicate findings.
- Participate in client meetings and project status calls.
- Test results and outputs on Pension and Actuarial calculation and data projects.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 4-5 years of experience working in the defined benefit pension scheme project arena, including working on complex pension calculations and/or data analysis, including GMPe projects.
- Comprehensive/advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proficient in IT, including Microsoft packages, pension administration systems, and calculation systems.
