Job Title: Wealth - IPB and Private Bank Control Testing Leader

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of risk management and control testing principles. As a Wealth - IPB and Private Bank Control Testing Leader, you will be responsible for leading the control testing team and ensuring that all controls are properly designed, implemented, and tested.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the control testing team and ensure that all controls are properly designed, implemented, and tested.
  • Develop and implement control testing procedures and tools to ensure that all controls are properly tested.
  • Collaborate with the business to identify and mitigate risks and ensure that all controls are properly designed and implemented.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and risk management teams.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on control testing principles and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in control testing and risk management.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in risk management and control testing.
  • Strong understanding of risk management and control testing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
