Team Collaboration:

As part of a newly established multi-disciplinary team, the successful candidate will collaborate with professionals from adult social care and housing benefit sectors. This partnership aims to conduct comprehensive assessments of all residents residing in supported accommodation throughout the borough.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property inspections across the borough to assess quality standards.
  • Engage with landlords to address and resolve any quality-related concerns.
  • Document findings and develop actionable reports detailing outcomes and recommendations.

This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of processes that will ensure the success of the project.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) assessments.
  • A relevant qualification in HHSRS.

  • Understanding of the needs of residents in supported accommodation.
