Position: Complex Care Assistant - Waking Nights

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Complex Care Assistant to provide exceptional support during waking night shifts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in specialized care practices and demonstrate proficiency in various essential skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor vital signs, including SpO2 levels.
2. Operate Bipap machines effectively.
3. Perform manual handling with care and precision.
4. Manage PEG-J devices as required.
5. Oversee seizure management and VNS protocols.
6. Administer medications, including emergency Buccal midazolam.
7. Conduct oral suctioning when necessary.

Compensation:
Hourly Pay: £15.23

Work Schedule:
Shifts are available from Monday to Sunday, covering 8 hours each night during waking hours.

Redruth, Cornwall
