Job Title: Site Services Engineer - Passive Fire Protection Specialist

At Russell Taylor Group Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Site Services Engineer to join our team. As a Site Services Engineer - Passive Fire Protection Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating site-related activities, ensuring that surveys, inspections, training, and data management are conducted effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage workload in coordination with the Site Services Supervisor and Coordinator.
  2. Deliver customer training while on site.
  3. Complete site surveys via a reporting app.
  4. Manage and report project data.
  5. Conduct site visits, inspections, and training sessions.
  6. Conduct detailed inspections of installed passive fire protection systems in line with relevant standards and specifications.
  7. Stay up to date with passive fire protection regulations, codes, and best practices.
Requirements:
  1. Background in engineering, façade management, or installation is advantageous.
  2. Previous experience and knowledge of the passive fire protection industry (desirable).
  3. Knowledge of external wall construction (low- and high-rise buildings).
  4. Previous experience dealing with contractors onsite.
  5. Familiar with audit software.
  6. Understanding of site survey and inspections.
  7. Deliver onsite customer training.
  8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from data.
